I reached out to Jenn having just experienced some considerable changes in my worklife. I was struggling with stress and anxiety which was impacting on various areas of my life. I really needed someone to talk to. Jenn was a calm and friendly face just when it was needed most. She helped me talk through my concerns and the rationale behind them. She encouraged me to find answers from within and provided practical methods to manage. I am very grateful for her assistance. 

Having experienced severe bouts of anxiety for some years I finally plucked up the courage to reach out for some help. I feel very fortunate to have found Jenn, she has helped me tremendously over the last year and finally there is light at the end of the tunnel. She is extremely easy to talk to, warm, engaging & always finds new and interesting ways to work through issues. My only regret is that I didn't start seeing her sooner!

Jenn also helped me to see value in myself, and to be easier on myself than I have been in the past, enabling me to give myself permission to 'take a break' when it was needed amongst hectic daily/weekly routines. Jenn listened with empathy and patience, encouraging me to reflect on how I was reacting to different experiences. Some additional techniques that I found helpful during some parts of our sessions were guided meditation and visulisation. Jenn is professional, welcoming, calm and open minded, I would definitely recommend her!
